Get shift in electric potential at nuclear radius due to atomic electrons

Parameters:

Z – Proton number of the nuclear state

conflux.bsg.Screening.screening_parameters(Z)

Returns the fit parameters of the atomic potential by Salvat et al., Physical Review A 36 (1987) 467-474 for Z <= 92. If Z is larger, the Moliere potential is used

Parameters:

Z – the proton number of the atom
